2011 Annual General Meeting Details
All members are invited to attend the TWC 2011 Annual General Meeting. We intend to provide information on the Board Candidates in advance of the meeting. Members will vote on the reappointment of the auditor, elect Directors, vote on by-law amendments and other current issues regarding the club.
It will be held on November 12th, 2011 at the Keating Channel Pub. Registration of proxy votes will open at 4:00PM with the meeting commencing at 4:30PM. Snacks & soft beverages will be served from 4:00PM-8:30PM. The AGM is a closed meeting for TWC Members only. Invited guests are welcome to join the Aprés AGM Party including dinner, dancing and Live D.J., starting at 8:30PM.
RSVP
Please RSVP before Saturday, November 5, if you plan to attend the AGM. Your RSVP is necessary for the organizers to determine food and beverage requirements. Dinner and dancing is FREE for members and only ($20.00) for invited guests.
As candidates profiles and applications are submitted they will be posted on the clubs website on the BoD Candidates page.
We look forward to hosting you at our annual meeting, including the election of a new BoD, dinner with wine and dance.

Call for Board of Director Candidates
Love windsurfing? Love our location? Well, we're here because of the hard work of our members and especially of our Boards of Directors. We're always looking for new ideas and fresh faces. If you think you would like to become a Board Member we welcome your interest.
The 2011 TWC Board of Directors will be elected from our membership at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If you are interested in running for the Board simply complete the Candidate Application and email it back us at agm@twsc.ca. It will be posted on the 2011 Board of Directors Nominee page of the clubs website for the membership to view.
